Limited furniture items can be moved to clean the area under them if they meet the following conditions:

• The total weight is under 50 lb (22kg)

• The item is non-delicate

• It is reasonable and safe for one person to move

While specific dry times depend on the soil level and environmental conditions of the carpet, it typically takes between 2 and 8 hours for the carpet to dry after extraction.

How often should I schedule carpet cleaning?

We suggest having your carpets professionally cleaned every 6 to 12 months. This schedule will help keep your carpets clean, hygienic, and smelling fresh.

How Long will the cleaning take?

It will take about 1-2 hours to finish the cleaning service, Larger jobs can take longer depending on soil conditions.

Do you use Pet Safe cleaning solutions?

We have a variety of cleaning solutions we use. Non-toxic, environmentally safe cleaners will be used upon request.

What Materials Cannot be cleaned?

Natural fibers (Excluding Cotton and Wool) do not react well to using hot water extraction. Examples of natural fibers include: Jute, Silk, Sisal, and Seagrass.

How Do I prepare for my cleaning apointment?

To prepare for your carpet cleaning, remove all items and furniture from the area of the floor you want cleaned. Couches, cabinets, beds, tables and other large items will need to be moved prior to your cleaning appointment.
